Our first bull in AI will shortly be available from Cogent:

Errolston Klondike *RC

He is sired by Landino Park Talent

and his dam is Annan Convincer Kimo 4 VG88

Convincer Kimo 4 was a 61 1/2 inch tall cow.  She ran up hill was wide chested, open ribbed and really wide rumped.  Her foot angle was extremely steep, bone quality was refined and she tracked straight.  The Convincer had a nice udder with lots of veination and a high wide rear udder.  Her main faults were her fore teats were a little wide and her thurls were placed a little far back.  Kimo scored VG88 fresh with her second calve.  At her peak she was not far from 89points, she was entered for the National Holstein Show but died before the show.  Semex were interested in embryos from Kimo to get a bull calf to test however she was never flushed.  We unfortunately lost Kimo in April 2005 in a freak accident.  She is survived by a November 2003 Morty that is due to calve in April 2006.  The Morty is very like her dam and we can't wait to see her calved.  Kimo's dam Painley Prelude Kimo EX91 is an 18* star brood cow and her grand dam is the legendary Primsland Inspiration Kimo the UK's record star brood cow with an amazing 48 stars!!

Convincer Kimo's sisters include the following cows:

Annan Dombinator Kimo EX92 - Champion Cumberland Show 2000

Annan Integrity Kimo EX91 (pictured below)

Queenscairn Integrity Kimo EX92

Kimo is one of 4 EX (2 x 92, 1 x 91 & 1 x 90) and 7 VG sisters (an Integrity sister is pictured below)

Convincer Kimo's pedigree reads like this:

x Annan Prelude Kimo 5 EX90 17*  2. 10270kg 305 d 4.81%bf 3.54%pt by Prelude (Pictured below).  She has just freshened with her sixth calve.

x Primsland Inspiration Kimo EX 53*  2. 13162kg 305d 4.25% 3.41%

(pictured below)

x Calbrett Starbuck Kindle VG86 by Hanoverhill Starbuck

x Calbrett Enhancer Kandi VG88 by Glenafton Enhancer

x Beaucoise Tempo Kimo EX-3E 4* by Roybrook Tempo

x Chacook Elevation Kim VG 12* by Round Oak Rag Apple Elevation

Other proven bulls from the family include Painley Knighthood, Scotchills Patriot, Annan Classic.  Bulls from the Kimo family have sired numerous show heifers for Painley in recent years that have won an array of All-Britain honours.

This family excels for components and longevity and type.

Cogent informed us that Klondike is a red carrier.
