The newest arrivals at Errolston are Errolston Famous Elly (DoB 01.03.05) and Errolston Miss Elly Gay (DoB 07.03.05) are Quality Skyfame heifers calf from Skagvale Raider Elly, a Raider daughter that has recently calved it's first calf at Tri-day Holsteins in the U.S.  The Raider has been classified VG86(2yr) just two weeks calved!!  Her mammary went 84 points, room for manouvre!

You should see the Raider now. She is BIG and framey and is impressing recent visitors. She is due to calve to a herd bull in Feburary, I am pretty excited. If she matures like I hope I don't beleive 92-93 points is out of the question. David Wolf told me the skyfames had smoothed up the last time he saw them. Was curious how they are now? His 2 year old daughters are not impressive, yet suddenly as 2 and 3rd calvers they turn into really nice cows. Regards, David Day

The Raider cow looks fantastic!, I worked at Larry Jeromes for a year and whilst there he purchased Lee Elly 3/4 siter i think to the Raider. She was a fantastic calf and calved out nicely and I believe nshe went 86 point 2 yr old.
